Pros
Great tips if you work there long enough to become a favorite at which point you will get closing shifts.
Cons
Working outside. Working in the Rain. Working for rich jerks. Working with the manager who is an unreasonable know it all who will yell and curse at you as a means of teaching you what he wants.
Advice to Senior Management
Fire your operations manager and replace him with someone with basic managing skills
