    Pros

Awesome atmosphere with fantastic co-workers that are high achieving and strive for excellence. It has been a great way to develop after my MBA studies.

    Cons

Honestly, I really can't think of too many. Everyone tries their best to get the work done, it is very busy but the work life balance doesn't suffer too much.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what makes BCS great, but it would be good to take advantage of the new viewpoints that have come into the business and make the business more "flat".

    Pros

Strong commitment to people development, with clear, ongoing transparent career feedback. Global R & D pipeline with a Innovation reputation. Solid compensation package with a "good" salary range, a strong 401 K match, and a Bayer AG discounted share purchase program.

    Cons

Currently does not act / react with as much speed as the organization could. Operates very lean, meaning the workload is one where the employee must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage their work time and personal time for best balance.

    Advice to Management

Continue current efforts increasing Alignment throughout the organization through clear communication of Objectives.
