Bayer CropScience Retainer in Mumbai (India): (Past Employee - 2007)

It is the best place to learn what not to do as a manager.

Bayer Crop Science Mumbai brach just has way too much politics- bad politics where every one is just striving to secure their own position.

Senior management needs to get off their high horses, hire some consultans to bring about some serious changes in the work culture in their Mumbai Branch.
