    Pros

Great benefits, salary and training. Great products

    Cons

A lot of fires to put out:
    1. class action lawsuits re: safety
    2. tv.commercial/ad had to be pulled for "false advertising"
    3. discrimination lawsuits against internal executive team
    4. blockbuster drug went generic a year early. Leadership had no idea. We found out on the streets...
    5. 65% increase in price on medical device-providers were very upset and it took a year for most insurances to meet and approve the price increase for reimbursement.

All these negative things cause 5 rounds of layoffs over a 3 year period.

    Pros

Good location, office is ok, facility has cafeteria

    Cons

Not too friendly, too much politic in the office, work is about pushing papers than getting things done.

    Pros

Not too big and not too small, many company discounts on vitamins and all things Bayer! Nice people and extremely busy!

    Cons

They moved us to the middle of Whippany which is a nightmare to get to and the campus is huge, takes 10-15 minutes just to walk to your car. Traffic on 80 or 287 is horrendous and if you have school age kids and can't leave really early you will be in it everyday!!!! Also, the open environment stinks, no privacy and too loud....no offices at all!

    Advice to Management

With concerns on traffic you should implement a 9-4:45 job to individuals with children as it's not our fault we can't drop the kids til 8:00. With those hours I would only expect a 15 minute break to get lunch and eat at your desk any day you get in late. Flex hours.....but not staying late to make it up....as with kids you also need to get home.

  6. Run for the door! F/S does not pay well at all nor do they offer raises no matter how long you've worked here!

    Pros

    benefit package/friendly environment/flexible schedule

Friendly environment but mostly fake throughout!

    Cons

F/S does not offer raises, I repeat Run for the door, F/S does not offer raises after working here 1 or 2 years. I guess they figured they would use you until you drop. Do you have bills? That isn't of any concern to them. As long as upper management maintains great relationship with newly partnered clients and continue expanding their client base, that's all that matters. there aren't enough available tools to help get the job done simply because they do not like to waste money. Job board site credentials are all shared, no one has their own individual login for sourcing purposes. Talk about economical? Also, explain how a company like this who refuses to invest in tools will invest in valuable employees who by the way have recently started dropping like flies. Recent Military-like type of environment, favoritism with lots of butt kissing, management is only concerned with what benefits themselves, high turn over rate with low pay, continuous promises but no raise, overworked(increased responsibilities) but no growth opportunities, increased phoniness yet, lots of glittering white teeth pretty much sums up this company. Why wont valuable employees who by the way, know their worth, stay and continue receiving such poor treatment again? If you do not know your worth, apply here!

    Advice to Management

Management needs to learn to treat everyone the same and not favor. Learn to appreciate. Bonuses are good but an increase that is consistent, preferably a raise would be highly desirable. Also, we need more diversity as leads, clearly there are more people of race that exist on this planet. Please note that until you take the time to hear US, the employees of the industry, you will continue to lose valuable employees. Sad but very true.

    Pros

Too much red tape! The management is a tree with lot of branches; decision making is very slow!

    Cons

Good salary and 401K is good!

    Pros

Attractive new facility, nice people, business casual (for now), good amenities, bonus, good compensation, GREAT benefits. The work is interesting. Training courses in-house are offered. Opportunity to work with people from around the world. Company commitment to developing, rather than buying pipeline. Decent job security for this industry.

    Cons

Increasing corporate atmosphere since moving to the new facility. Despite "open concept" office, collegiality and team orientation are waning as a result of changing corporate culture and drawn-out reorganizations, replaced by jockeying for position, backstabbing, and scapegoating. Company gives lip service to employee development but does not promote from within; instead seeks outside people for management positions. "Analysis paralysis" is often present. Workload often not distributed equitably. "Family-friendly" philosophy seems to only apply to workers with children. Remote work opportunities available only to certain employees.

    Advice to Management

Start mentoring and developing your more promising younger employees so you can promote from within and keep good people. Greater focus on cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing. Foster a work environment where merit is rewarded and those struggling or lazy either receive extra help and mentoring, are moved to another less-demanding group, or let go. Better communication between groups and geographic regions. Shared decision-making between Germany and US.

Everyone is open and candid in what they do and what they seek

    Cons

At times communication is overwhelming. too much information flows through and by the time you get to respond, it goes past you at jet speed and your opinion stands still

    Advice to Management

Enable time of others to acquaint and respond to events and information
