I worked at Baylis Medical Company

    Pros

If you are new to working, you will be exposed to the politics behind the pretty building and fancy clothes. Based on the high turn over, I don't think that the politics are good.
Interesting subject matter is the real only positive, I hope it keeps you from quitting.

    Cons

Bad medical insurance coverage from a medical company?!? Insecure managers and team leads that try to cover up by being pompous. They are still in business, because they have to follow the quality system that is required to be in place in medical companies. Otherwise, such a high turnover would result in drastic changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Differentiate between innovative characters and good managers. Make sure good managers run your teams and departments and that the innovative characters do their job without messing up the work environment for everyone else.
