    - fair pay rate
    - nice office

    Cons

    - products are outsourced: there are not much you can apply your knowledge from school
    - too much documenting

    First medical device industry opportunity; found other sales personnel to be team-minded; managers powerless to make the necessary changes

    Cons

    Slow to respond to market and customer issues; internal staff is pleasant but stiff and unable to be flexible within the operations system; little appreciation or acknowledgement for business and relationships built

    Wake up. a number of good people are going elsewhere when they could be building your business, image and culture.

    -minimal or no experience required for various positions (many recent grads hired)
    -good location
    -nice people

    Cons

    -very low base pay
    -no scope for growth unless you are in engineering
    -no work culture, everyone is just there to work and leave

    Ownership of product and oversight of entire product life cycle.
    Young and dynamic work environment.

    Cons

    Managers are inexperienced at handling a variety of employees.
    No room for professional growth within the company.
    Limited opportunities for training and continued education.
    Extremely high turnover

    Discourage favoritism.
    Undergo training to become more effective and get the most out of your employees without demoralizing them.

    You will be grossly underpaid and underappreciated. 30k base is ridiculous.

    Environment is not great because Sales and Engineering don't really gel well as coworkers. As if there is some sort of inequality.

    Please get your co-op and PEY students more involved with actual product design

    -Got to perform technical tasks
    -Researched and developed "cutting-edge" technologies
    -Great for gaining experience in the medical field

    Cons

    -Was not given much responsibility
    -Many ideas quickly turned down without adequate reasoning
    -If you take pride in seeing your idea/product implemented this may not be for you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -In order to grow as a company, new ideas need to be generated and implemented.
    -Have more meetings/discussions with the employees under you.
    -Communication is key - and it is communication with your coworkers you lack.

    -Flexible in arranging time off
    -great holiday lunches
    -great holiday gifts
    -great annual general meetings
    -family-like environment
    -laid back environment
    -higher newly graduated students

    Cons

    -not enough personal/sick days for those with families
    -no growth in any department
    -high turnover
    -terrible benefits
    -salaries do not match "current" cost of living

    more employee input is needed. they are the ones doing the work to keep your business running
