Advice to Senior Management
Set goals, employee moral is low. Request for raises, employees are dissatisfied with work ethics and pay. Some employees haven't had but one raise and they work really hard and have been there for over 5 years. SAD. The Director should stop putting the blame on the Controller. After talking with him about a situation it just seems he was clueless and only repeating what his Director tells him to say.
