    Pros

    The manager was very sweet and understanding and was willing to help out in anyway possible. She could not have been more understanding with my situation.

    I could not continue to work with the hours due to being a single mom and not being able to work late hours

    Pros

    Nice place to stay for customers.

    Cons

    During the "big inspection" time I only had two days of training so I quit.

    Advice to Management

    MAKE SURE PEOPLE YOU HIRE ARE TRAINED PROPERLY AND GET THEIR FULL TRAINING TIME.

    Nothing! Nothing! Nothing at all!

    Cons

    Bad owners, minimum hourly paid, bounced paychecks. No benefits at all.

    -Flexible work schedule
    -excellent exposure to local businesses
    -smaller staff necessitates broad base of learning

    Cons

    -highly political environment
    -high turnover
    -long standing employees have a rather dismal view of humanity
    -meaningless fueds with local business leaders limit sales possibilities
    -blame game in full effect between employees

    Take care of your employee environment if you really want them to treat guests properly

    Our head of housekeeping manager was easy to work for

    The pay. The owners didn't care about there workers.

    Advice to Management

    Management hadnothing to with it. It was the owners that was so awful.
