Pros
- On the job training
- you learn a lot quickly
- Lots of nice colleagues
- Two company lunches a month
- Great Team Leader (VP) IF you are on the right team
Cons
- Unfair promotion and raise process
- Heavy workload expected at the cost of quality
- CEO has the attitude of a used car salesman
- No incentive to stay long-term
- Work gets very monotone quickly
- Very hard to achieve innovation or change
- New or different are treated as curse words

- Give employees a larger say
- Completely redo the evaluations, promotions, and pay increase structure
Pros
Some of the people at headquarters were nice and helpful. The compensation package was decent and I liked working with my manager. Enjoyed working from home office.
Cons
Provides minimal support to remote employers; lack of team players, poor leadership, not enough in-house resources, lack of employee recognition, lazy people on account management side with bad attitudes. No respect for clients, lost business due to unprofessional client interactions.
