“Hell on Earth”
Current Employee – been working at Beach Camera
Pros – The best reason to work here is that Monday through Thursday you work 10am to 7pm and Friday you work 10 am to 3pm. During the winters on Fridays you work 10 am to 2pm.
Cons – To much politics goes on here. No Human Resource department. No efficient way to communicate without getting in trouble. If that doesn't happen then it's because you suggested an idea and had stolen from you and therefore you don't get credit for it. Way to many excuses at this place. They kill any innovative ideas.
Advice to Senior Management – My advice to management is to do a corporate restructure of the whole company and make all employees re-interview for their position. Hire more developers as well since this is an e-commerce website.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
