Pros
rapid growth can present opportunities
Cons
rapid growth does present unique challenges
Advice to Senior Management
communicate more effectively
Pros
Fun workout culture- there are 2 gyms with dressing rooms and showers, fitness videos playing every hour in the gyms, employees are encouraged to workout during work hours, emphasis on fitness.
Work on products with high brand recognition.
Learn three channels in one company- Online, Telemarketing, Network (MLM).
Dynamic, smart CEO.
Cons
Difficult to get stuff done due to resource constraints. Processes also need to be improved.
Departments tend to work in silos.
Pros
No more of a worthy cause than helping people achieve their goals, and help them live a happier more fulfilling life.
Cons
Other companies with a similar marketing and compensation plan that have given this Network Marketing business-type a bad stigma with the public. I hope to turn that around.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the AWESOME job!
Pros
Great work-life balance overall. Not too much stress. Positive culture. Promotes health and goals. Able to workout at the office, can be flexible with hours depending on manager. Lots of loyal customers.
Cons
Not much communication from senior management about anything related to the company or work. No streamlines goals or initiatives from the top down. Lots of work spent on projects that don't yield results worth the effort. Nobody is ever accountable for bad decisions. Projects constantly slip. Lack of proper planning.
Advice to Senior Management
You need to modernize and allow for more flexible work arrangements and have the courage to try more innovative projects. Need to have more streamlined focus instead of trying to spread projects wide. Employees need to know they are making a difference.
Pros
Fun culture for the most part, with interesting people. Social activities and the benefits of free shakes and gym time.
Cons
Don't point out flaws in processes or you will be labeled as a heretic and they will use the daggers in your back as a step ladder to climb over your corpse. People have literally gotten up and quit via email.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't fire the people that point out your issues, listen to them for ways to improve your systems. Being a slave to outside vendors is not healthy, not is the apathy from your management.
Pros
Motivated fitness products, good location, and environment are positive aspects of working here. Perks are okay. Salary is satisfactory and competitive.
Cons
Senior management doesn't know how to manage teams effectively. Lack of leadership and innovated projects don't motivate employees. More communication and training is much needed.
Advice to Senior Management
Change senior management should be considered before losing more talent. Retain talent and invest in innovation are key to success.
Pros
Great work life balance and really supports in better living.
Cons
Too many processes involved to get projects completed.
Advice to Senior Management
Re-evaluate structure of groups.
Pros
great benefits- promotes healthy lifestyle
Cons
Lack of movement in organization, no real processes are set- expected to find out everything for yourself. rat race to nowhere
Pros
Love the culture and environment
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities and positive feedback
Advice to Senior Management
Ask employee for feedback
