I have been working at Beacon PMG full-time

    Pros

Telecommuting and flexible schedule. Wonderful, easy to work with colleagues. Paid dental and vision premiums. Management does not micromanage.

    Cons

Low pay. No formal structure for performance reviews and salary increases. Little potential career growth for U.S.-based employees. Poor communication to U.S.-based employees on overall company performance and goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement a merit-based employee performance review process and compensate employees that perform well and meet objectives. Bring back 401K matching. Communicate to all employees on a regular basis company goals and performance.

I have been working at Beacon PMG

    Pros

Flexible work hours; computer provided; Internet service paid for; three weeks vacation; 401K offered. Great place for a part-time job to telecommute. Company is growing. Friendly employees.

    Cons

Low pay relative to the industry; internal communication between management and employees could be better; training programs need to be more organized for some accounts; company rule that some employees can only take vacation on one of three weeks -- Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a better job of timely communication regarding how the company is doing; listen/provide opportunities for employee input of ideas; bring back 401K matching.
