Bear Stearns Reviews
-
Pros
No micro-managing. It looks good on a resume. You can get a little training on their Bloomberg terminal if you want.
Cons
The MD's didn't care about anyone but themselves. It was hard to come in every day and greet people who didn't care about your work
Advice to Senior Management
I would ask that they try a little harder to provide a position experience for those who choose to spend their time there.
