accept and admit BE is a Technology Consulting firm

Good infrastructure, Employee Friendly, transparent

Strategic decisions, and the loans transferred to BE at spin off from KPMG led to a disaster. It meant lots of tensions around, job instability, and worried employees.

Can't do much.

Breakdown in 2009 was the worst thing happened to BearingPoint.

coworkers were nice to work with and helpful.
the envionrment was a laib back one.

promotions or raises are hard to come by.

Need to listen to the ideas of employees and support their employees.

Coolaid, voluntary mandatory social calls. It is a very a type environment (at least what I have seen) so if you don't fit that, stay away.

Pay people a reasonable, market adjusted wage, and don't preach about work-life balance while not caring at all about the complete lack of it.

Great working experience and growth. Great benefits. Compensation was fair. Managers were awesome. Good opportunities to work with people from all over

Promotions, salary increases and bonuses were not great the latter years. Some managers were not fit to be managers. Expense process was slow.

allow better opportunities to develop skills, offer more learning opportunities and opportunities to receive professsional licensing. more coaching and mentoring needed.
