    Pros

    I like the fat that managers and directors are easily assessable approachable any time.
    In addition when I was having trouble figuring out a clear career plan and how to achieve my goals my performance manager was there to help me.

    Cons

    Now that the company has changed from a global organisation to a local, Australia based/owned company.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Now nothing, I have to see how they work now as the company becomes localized
