Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, and good time off policies. Very flexible with time management. Great staff and had good career growth plans for employees.
Cons
Company no longer in business - mismanaged at the top.
Advice to Senior Management
nothing to add really, wish the company could have lasted a bit longer.
