    Opportunities to work on projects and with clients directly immediately Some really good and talented people and managers

    Cons

    Shift from good consultants to good salespeople meant less competence when project was actually sold Promotions uneven across groups, depends on your MD's ability to sell

    Poor senior management (probably the reason went bankrupt); territorial attitudes of managing directors

    Cash is king, don't over leverage and don't 'fudge' the corporate statements
