    Pros

Bright people with strong technology aptitude, broad clients base. A lot of repeat business. Significant success with government contracts and processes

    Cons

Company going bankrupt . Difficult to be successful, though some practices extended their business through the period. Management team did not properly handle aspects of being a public company.

    Advice to Management

Management should not have taken the company public. It caused significant costs and distractions, then the ultimate break up of the firm.

    Pros

    Great place for college hires
Some very talented developers in an on-shore off-site software house.
Many of the developers take the time to help other potential people.

    Cons

Management in the Hattiesburg office can seem a bit disconnected.
There are some very poor in-house developers that skate by on the work of others and management can not / will not terminate them.
Management seems to stack all the workload on the few talented people they have causing them to leave or slack off.

    Advice to Management

    Pay a bit more competitively.
Do not be afraid to terminate employees that do nothing.
Get more involved with your employees.
