Advice to Senior Management
I believe corporate is doing a fantastic job with over-sight of all locations. Even though main office is in Kansas City, there is still time made to come out to other locations just to make sure everything is being done properly. However I do feel that before hiring every stylist that does a technical, a little more insight on ACTUAL technical ability on all services, should be looked into.

Great staff! Excellent service discount of 50%. competitive benefit package. 25% off retail products. Great vacation package 2weeks after 1 year.

Not 1 competant Store manager in the 2 years I have been working there and there have been 3.
Extremely petty.
They are very controlling of your personal life.

Your are on your own....literally. The training is nonexistant.

The discounts were nice. 50 percent on services like hair cuts, colors, pedicures, waxing etc. 35 percent on products. Fun people to talk to. Learned a lot about hair and beauty products.
Cons
The managers did absolutely nothing. They were total jerks and crack heads. Paid practically nothing and given no hours. Ridiculous dress code and expectations of perfectly faced store and vacuumed carpets. Bad music all the time playing. Short breaks for employees, but managers could smoke every 5 min if they wanted.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to screen their management better. Managers not helpful, not friendly, and all smokers and crack heads. Pay me more to work in a boring, lame, horrible place.
