Details
Pros
Good work environment and definitely have a family friendly approach. Get lots of exposure to a variety of things due to limited staffing.
Cons
Where to start... Senior Level Management has their head in the sand most of the time. Don't have a true gauge on how employees feel about the direction of company. They don't listen to their employees educated opinions or views prior to making decisions. Losing lots of money by doing this and laying off good folks when the numbers fall short.
Advice to Senior Management
Get a grip and begin to listen to the folks you give a paycheck to.
