    Pros

Great benefits compared to most employers. Low deductibles and average premiums. PTO begins to accrue immediately. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about when they said two months. 403b retirement plan with employer match up to 4%. Health benefits start 30 days after your start date. The campus is beautiful and the staff is genuinely concerned with giving great care.

    Cons

there is a lot of turnover with directors which can be difficult when they are here one day and gone the next. Communication and lack of clear policies on the standard of work in some areas.

    Advice to Management

beef up and create policies in the clinics and other areas where they are weak and lacking so people know what is expected of themselves and others.

  2. Pay was above average, immediate management and benefits not so much.

    Pros

If you enjoy endless hours of staff education, this is the place for you. They do seem to want to change things for the better but are unwilling to make the changes that I suggested for the most part.

    Cons

Unwilling to make the needed changes despite years of obvious problems. Once you are hired get used to reviews every couple of weeks for a few months. Benefits can take close to 2 months to start and are expensive. Once you factor in the benefits and the other cons, increased pay is just not worth the hassle. You have to work there 3 months to receive PTO.

    Advice to Management

See above. Listen to feedback and make the difficult changes.

    Pros

    Clean, safe environment. Friendly employees.

    Cons

Pay is good for the area, although benefits keep getting cut every year.

    Advice to Management

Look at HR as an area for improvement.

You do a great job the executive team and directors are great

  6. Hostile, Challenging, confusing policies didn't help anyone in Co. Yet I loved my job, not necessarily all the people

    Pros

Outside the Medical Records Department, it is a great place to work. The people outside that department are awesome!

    Cons

Some of the policies they have don't even help the employees with issues. The policies just mask the company's so called interest in making it a healthy environment for their employees to work.

    Advice to Management

Address the issue of "Workplace Bulling" directly. The policies you currently have don't even address this long standing issue.

  7. Great staff but unsupportive leadership and managers
