    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Beckfield College part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decide what to do in class, student focused, pays decent, very little supervision, academic freedom, students themselves, flexibility in class choices and times

    Cons

Four hour classes are a bit extreme, dress code can be too strict at times, not enough classes per quarter, trying to move students to online format
