    Set your own pace plus you have plenty of work and most co- workers are team players.

    Cons

    Some of the Upper management suck! They yell at you and get mad and instead of taking you to the office to talk with you! They front you out in front of other employees! Not very professional!!

    Treat people that work for you with respect! For goodness sake we are all adults working for a living! Have a little more patience with people and hell more than less!

    In order to keep the best employees increase in hourly wages would be beneficial. Customers return because of staff on hand that they rely on their expertise.

    Decentralized company. Get to run the store the way you want, have to keep it full, clean with great service but can do a lot the way you want.

    As in most companies. Hours are tight, get tighter each year with expectations staying the same.
