    Pros

Taught troubled youths 18-20 years old home improvement , tiling, floor stripping and painting.

    Cons

Need better sponsorship and better donors so the funds don't run out to cut funding the programs.

    Advice to Management

Have counselors on site to talk to the troubled youths that have problems besides the program.

  3. Very unprofessional, management more into internal politics.

    Pros

Salary is good, non-profit doing a lot of good things for the community. Well know in the community, into all aspects of community life. For example Arts, after school care, helping with heat and energy conservation, helping local businesses with loans, advice, housing for the poor and needy. Also helps the youth with job trainning and high diploma as well as the green industry.

    Cons

Very poor financial management, practically the whole of management delegates accounts payable calls to lower employees.
Inhouse power struggle, various department heads refusing to perform their jobs unless others have done this or that, behind closed doors.
No room for advancement, so a lot of employee turnover and always looking for professional employees with sub standard pay.

    Advice to Management

Need to be more professional and spread the work load across more employees.
