    Pros

The company allows you a lot of flexibility. Schedules are made according to you and your families, and staying restricted behind a desk is almost exempt for direct care workers/case-managers.

    Cons

Paperwork can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Not many opportunities for advancement without furthering your education.
