I have been working at Beef O'Brady's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get paid weekly so you always money

    Cons

The management is terrible to their employees and they don't offer medical, dental, vision benefits other than meal discounts and the pay is absolutely not enough for All the hard work you do

    Advice to Management

Lear to treat your employees with a little more respect. Just cause your a manager doesn't always make you right. Also family should never work for family as it creates a hostile and unfair working environment for everyone that's not family and they will automatically assume there favortism between you and your family regardless of your harder on them or not.

    None.

    Pros

Management was involved with the customer base. The work community felt like a family and I felt I could discuss any work-related problems with them.

    Cons

Other than noon and evenings in the workweek, business was a bit slow and it is harder to make a significant amount of tips.

    Pros

I'm sure the environment depends on which location you're at, but I definitely enjoy this one. Great coworker relationships, great boss/management, loyal regulars.

    Cons

Just the typical food industry challenges & ever growing menu.

    Advice to Management

Great leadership at my location, not very sure about upper management.

I worked at Beef O'Brady's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The majority of your salary is from cash tips. It was a team environment and I felt it helped me gain better communication skills. Also helped me learn how to meet peoples needs and problem solve.

    Cons

There are a good amount of people that come in and do not leave a tip. Also you are paid a server minimum wage so when people don't tip your earnings are not hat high

  9. Amount of money made per shift varies greatly.

I worked at Beef O'Brady's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy menu to learn. Good food. Drink specials make upselling easier. The managers were always very helpful, especially when the restaurant was busy.

    Cons

Much busier on sports game days. If you're not working one of these busy shifts, you're not going to make much money. This restaurant isn't consistently as busy as other places with similar menus.
