    Cons

Corporate in Peru is very closed minded. US office feels isolated at times without their support resulting in challenges.

    Advice to Management

If you want to succeed in the US you have to change and function as a global company.

    Pros

Good salary, good facilities. People highly prepared.

    Cons

Difficult to understand the culture. This company has a HEAVY innovation strategy, lacks differentiation between brands and Mkt managers seem to ignore they compete between each other. Besides, they carry out a huge amount of projects, sometimes the same several areas are working in, so they waste money and time. The company doesn't have a defined identity and this make them wanting sometimes look as one competitor and the next day as another.

    Advice to Management

Need to change the vision of the company, to develop more leadership culture and to open your mind to the new and different. For now Belcorp is running in circles.

    Pros

Company impacts life of many women in LatAm. Growth and opportunities to create initiatives. Good salary.

    Cons

Organizational structure changes frequently. Constant layoffs that do not match the general company culture. Same projects are done by different areas.

    Advice to Management

Reorganization must be done only if needed. Employees should feel secure at their jobs. Managers should dedicate more time to their teams. (Fewer redesigns, movements..)
