    Pros

    Flexible schedule, beautiful office, fun company events, promotes an entrepreneurial culture, able to take ownership and make a change. Everyone works hard, plays hard.

    Cons

    short staffed, not much support from Corporate and other countries

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Corporate should create a team that focuses on the US and provide support for the team. Trying to get information is like pulling teeth. They need to understand that there is only one person to their team of 20.

    High quality of work life balance, high respect for all individuals, diversity culture is highly developed and everybody is someone, not just an employee

    since the only drivers are ROI and sales, management only focuses on sales and not the quality of the sale,

    Mission and Values, great peers in the US office, fun events, growing, employees make a difference

    Corporate in Peru is very closed minded. US office feels isolated at times without their support resulting in challenges.

    If you want to succeed in the US you have to change and function as a global company.

    It´s a Growing Company, big goals for next years. Belcorp usuallly put high challenges every day for each coworker. Multicultural, as it operates in 16 countries with 3 corporate offices.

    Not good life-work balance. Poor nonsalary benefits

    Life balance if you are in the right department with the right boss
