Belkin Reviews

Pros
Half of the people are nice to work with. Hard working and team players.
Cons
President hired new managers who have great ideas, like to talk, but all in theory. Most of them have no real experience launching a great new product, or have experience in business development. Core product group don't even have the basic product management skills. Destroyed what's left of the vendor relationships the "oldies" have built and nurtured in the past. Rejects of other companies get hired at the new Belkin. Lots of great people have left, or asked to leave. Some have been asked to come back at less salaries. So sad...
Advice to Senior Management
Stop hiring managers who are great on paper. Get to know the candidates you are interviewing.
