Nice to be working at one of the most respected companies in Canada. Ambiance is great : friendly and relax, balancing company interests and your interests.

Salary is not that high, although they try to keep up to date with other companies in the same segment or occupation.

KGB atmosphere, no critics allowed - so impossible to improve anything
the internal network is not working, the tools for the customer service are not functional
