Bell Canada is pretty doing good. They mainly compete against Rogers Communications in the fields of Wireless, High Speed Internet, and TV Services. In some ways, they compete but also co-operate to make customers pay more.

Pros
Bell Canada provides very great work environment where friendly and great freedom. Also, she provide employee some chance to continue further education.
Cons
However, Bell Canada pays low cost and salary. Sometimes, I need to work overtime. Moreover, I often work at night for trouble shooting.
Advice to Senior Management
Please make money and give more money to employees. Moreover, please do not push the employee too much and understand employee's situation.
Pros
Career path opportunities with reduced risk to change.
Cons
Lack of respect for individuals.
Advice to Senior Management
Start forcing some accountability on the persons making decisions to terminate people working for them - there's no consequence for their teams not being able to do the extra work with their existing workloads and lack of knowledge. The trickle-down effect to other teams that have dependencies on them is completely ignored.
Pros
good benefits
lots of opportunity to move around if you perform well in your role
employee discounts
there are good leaders within the organization, but not all leaders are the same
Training courses
Cons
compensation varies dramatically from one person to another. in many cases, the manager makes less than their employees and there's no way to change that.
very difficult to remove individuals especially those who have not performed well. simply firing someone is not so simply anymore
Advice to Senior Management
there needs to be something done about compensation and removal of individuals who are not performing well. the process cannot take up to 2 years for something to happen as it seems be that way today.
Pros
flexiable work time, nice people
Cons
under paid, bad management style
Advice to Senior Management
need to stay more professionals, especially in corporate stores
Pros
great benefits for a part time job, flexible hours, uncapped salary,
industry leader, great technical, team, customer support
Cons
Hiring Freeze
No promotions from retail to advanced careers
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize your retail staff more, theres alot of hidden talent within these frontline staff.
