Pros

The Benefits and Salary are typically exceptionally higher than other companies.

Cons

At an entry level position like I am in there is much stress, too much expected, very little respect and not many directions for advancement if you don't want to work in a sales field.

Advice to Senior Management

Less empty promises and more respect to the entry level employees who the comany would not survive without. It's a boy's club in corporate and the only women who are given a chance for anything significant are forced to be mean people to keep up with the boys.
