I have been working at Bell Mobility

    Pros

Great, supportive people, great benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation to start, high pay for a call center job, with the potential of bonuses and monthly draws for gift cards and electronics, also significant discounts on blackberry and android phones.

    Cons

Very intense performance metrics and schedule adherence. Schedules were almost completely random and totally inflexible. Kept getting bumped from part time to full time hours and back down. Couldn't consistently count on a steady income. Dealing with irate customers for an 8 hour shift can be grating. Low opportunity for advancement, and there are a lot of people who have already been waiting years to advance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be really pleasant if workers were offered more autonomy, particularly when it comes to scheduling.

    Pros

Sales are what you make it. You ultimately are in control of your own path.

    Cons

Management seem to use scare tatics to try and motivate, this can make your job feel unsecure and leave you stressed out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to grow year over year when you know the numbers from the last 3 years have been rigged. Start fresh and clean out the old timers who cant handle selling clean.
