Pros
I can only think of one good reason: free coffee.
Cons
Doing personal errands for the boss, doing personal errands for the boss's wife and children and mother, doing personal errands for the boss on my own time, being treated with disrespect by other employees, performing tasks that made me cringe on a daily basis, making those unpleasant phone calls to clients who are in arrears with their premium payments, ignored and glossed over, never appreciated.
Advice to Senior Management
talk to your employees, how about a weekly meeting on a monday morning? and stop treating them as if they are the "help"
