I worked at Belron Canada full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of training provided. Great opportunity to learn and grow your knowledge.

    Cons

Way too much travel. Too much time and money wasted on trips to Montreal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the field more you are still too Montreal Focused.

I have been working at Belron Canada full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Organized and they have systems. They talk about company values. Strong HR department. Good place to start out and get experience.

    Cons

Poor leadership and the CEO has no clue how to grow the company. Every 8-10 months there have been layoffs in the last 3 years. They are not truthful when people get layed off or fired. Their internal communications are often suited to pretend that they care and are misleading. Not a good career move for highly qualified people. Many top talented people have left and are continuing to leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to rank and file people and stop working in a silo. Figure out how to grow the company instead of just cutting expenses all the time and overloading the workers who are left behind. Be truthful and compassionate.

I worked at Belron Canada full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

fantastic training programs - technical and soft skills
    great recognition programs

    Cons

sometimes the executives come across as fake and too happy - but it's not a real happy it's contrived
long hours - now open on weekends
too Montreal Focused - compare the region to Montreal when the realities of those locations needs and customers are very different

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep it real when dealing with us managers - we're not stupid - we see through the fakeness - help us help you - we need work life balance
