Pros – Compensation was ok and health/ dental benefits were good.

Cons – Communication between management and employees was very poor. There wasn't much structure and not clear job responsibilities. Instead of layoffs they would fire people due to budget cut reasons. Not very family friendly, management didn't understand absences due to sick children.

Pros – good company culture with friendly staff, providers cares about the patient

Cons – management structure is controlled by the hire and fire method, no one can dissent and remain employed, The August layoffs are legendary, Higher employee turnover rate than any other company I have worked for, due to embedded management style, implementing thin production method without stakeholder buyin, and other uneducated managment gaffes. Not a company worth working for, I cannot reccommend unless you are desperate.
