I have been working at Beneficial Mutual Bancorp

    Pros

Close on sunday that's only good thing about this place

    Cons

Awful place to work. Pay is below what other banks pay. And leadership in my branch is awful. Branch manager may work 30 hours a weeks. I am a new employee, I ask her for help and she told me to look in the book. I'm leaving after only being there a short time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher ups needs to see what branch mangers are doing. They are ruining the branches

I have been working at Beneficial Mutual Bancorp part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Easy commute depending on branch. Decent benefits.

    Cons

Poor pay, sometimes crappy hours for PT, at times stressful environment, a poor lack of communication often in my experience, and you learn to hate people unfortunately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The pay for this job is very low for this position at 10.49 an hour. It is a position of great responsibility and trust. The importance of our job is undervalued. With a higher pay it may actually encourage employees to stick around.

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow through with promises made to employees. Be nimble and lean enough to respond to market changes. Show a SIGNIFICANT improvement in technology infrastructure. Expand your product offerings.
