Initially an interesting business proposition: marketing small group health insurance policies directly to customers via the internet cutting out the sales broker's commission.

Cons

Corrupt and ineffective ego driven management that burned through over $12 million in VC capital and never turned a profit or remotely approached the objectives or potential of the original business plan. Ownership/management fails to fulfill committments to employees by terminating people, diluting their stock options by reissueing options and granting disproportionate amounts to themselves and not to other participants.

Advice to Senior Management

Resign immediately, recognize the damage you have caused to many other fine ethical people including employees and investors, and pray for forgiveness.
