Pros – On day or more you get motivated when you see your pay check

Cons – To much risk taking on projects, to many projects to launch the same time , they just forget your personal development plan, give you bad reviews without talking to you (annual reviews), a habit to hire people from outside what don't have the history of the projects and plans,very little promotion internally - I think the culture is horrible / only a....kissers get promoted not performers

Advice to Senior Management – There is no advice , they act as they know everything - so they should it figure out themselve -

Pros – Family owned company, less interference with share holders. Management makes long term decisions

Cons – German company, not yet become global

Advice to Senior Management – Include inputs from other regions besides Germany.

Pros – Company is shut down for the Christmas holiday.

Cons – No direct leadership. Hire individuals that are NOT qualified for that specific position. Are afraid to remove (fire) those individuals that suck. Management does not listen to the employees about issues that are going on.

Advice to Senior Management – Fire individuals that are incompetent instead of ignoring the obvious. Listen to the complaints of the employees as they are your greatest asset - providing THEY are competent. One of the worst companies that I have worked at.

Pros – the rate of pay is quite good, for the work required..........if we only had a future?

Cons – The management team, are almost ALL incompetent.......in particular the upper management. When problems are pointed out to them, and solutions provided.......they still DON'T react? Wasting more money than I will earn in my entire lifetime

Advice to Senior Management – middle management......listen to your associates! they are your biggest assets!!
upper management.......commit suicide! or at least resign.....PLEASE!!!

no opportunity of career grow.
terrible working hours.
no motivations for the employee
repetitive tasks.

Advice to Senior Management – make some order in the processes.
motivate people so the fluctuation rate can decrease

Cons – slow procedure of working,not respect to old employees,poor facilities

Pros – Middle management was solid and knew what they were doing. Wish I could say the same for upper management.

Cons – Benteler's executive management in Germany seemed a bit lost and unaware of the market in the US. Wishy washy decision making abroad really negatively impacted business in Auburn Hills and Grand Rapids.

Advice to Senior Management – Key domestic decisions needed to be made domestically. German management, made indecisive decisions and would later change their minds. Get a plan and stick to it.
