    Pros

I love the people I work with locally, my friends at the other branches and at HQ, the brand, the work we do and the amazing work/life balance I've been afforded there.

    Cons

Sometimes there's a disconnect between our corporate office and the branch offices, though I see this problem being thoughtfully resolved at a reasonable pace.

    Pros

Company seems to be moving in the write direction under the direction of senior management. Good work life balance. Good future

    Cons

Still not as good to work for when it was owned by GM. There has been a lot of termoil over the last 8 years with layoffs and the company being sold by GM. The corporate headquarters is a dump with leaking ceilings, bugs, and small bathrooms that stink.

    Pros

They are very respectful of their IT consultants and permanent staff, you are allowed to have a life outside of the company and also there is a great team environment.

    Cons

Some of the little things that need to be taken care of by the project managers are overlooked, like consistent documentation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you know what is going on with each area so that you are prepared when people want to leave.

    Pros

    Cons

Severe Lack of Leadership at the top, Terrible HR department, Lack of Management Skills at Senior Positions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get an External Operations Manager in at a Senior Level. Appoint a COO that actually knows Operations. Completely rebuild HR as it is absolutely non value add in its current state.
