Pros

I had a job where I did not have to deal with the management on a daily basis. The management did not answer questions well and were difficult to get a hold of to even ask questions to begin with.

Cons

I still had to deal with the management and they were not fair in how they viewed job performance. The management did not deal with their employees well and there was little to no communication between management and employees.

Advice to Senior Management

I would say that management should answer their mobile phones when employees call with questions and give direct answers to those questions. Management should set realistic goals for their employees.
