I have been working at Berry and Homer
Pros – Berry & Homer stays on top of the changing technology. They boldly invest in machines and programs that keep them as the leader in the printing industry.
Cons – At times there are too many voices telling or asking you to do push a job through faster.
Advice to Senior Management – Be willing to give a fair raise to all and not just a few. Most employees do a great job and don't complain about pay. It would be nice to recieve something each year.

I worked at Berry and Homer
Pros – Spunky little company with a can-do attitude. All three arms, Sales, Admin, and Production are interested in creating innovative large format and display printing at reasonable prices.
Cons – Lack of head office support leaves Lanham office struggling. Production works with old and damaged equipment, and outdated software. Management struggles to communicate economic realities of the DC Metro area especially regarding leasing costs and employee salaries.
Advice to Senior Management – Create a realistic business plan and then follow it. Treat your employees respectfully and equally. Be open to cross-training within the ranks, not just at the administrative levels.
