Pros
Friendly environment and very good benefit package. Bessemer treats employees nice and they have the best benefit packages in the industry. Senior Management has good vision and steer the direction of the company very well. The company's 100+ years accumulation of experiences also a big plus when there is any turbulence on the path. All in all, this is a good company for people who's looking for a long-term, steady working experience.
Cons
Not a good place for dynamic-oriented types. Conservative, yet, not the worst in banking and finance industry. For those people who's looking for "Tele-commute", this is not the company you looking for.
Advice to Senior Management
Could be more open to new things, like new technology...
