None! their are no good reasons to work for a company that can not pay their employees on pay day, or offer benefits

No benefits, we do not receive our paychecks on pay day they are put in the mail, and mailed from the San Diego office on pay day. Owner is a partier, gets drugged out yells and scream at everyone when he's coming down. Horrible person, but can be charming when he needs you to do something. Makes promises and rarely deliver. Passive aggressive! can not communicate for himself, he will call the office, and have who ever answers the phone, "Have blah! blah! call me" rather then calling directly himself. Just recently started paying employees double time

Advice to Senior Management

Learn a little about the job they do, learn how to manage and support their people. Its not very much you can tell a sinking ship. The management is the WORST I every ran across. Incompetent on many levels, Communication is little to not at all. Training do not exist!
