    Pros

Good positional training program and continuous employee improvement. The computers, tablets and MP3 section was almost always busy, which meant staying busy and the day going by quick. Good management at the Burleson, TX location.

    Cons

After-hours inventory stocking with no overtime pay, no performance bonuses or commission structure, max 30 min lunch and no holidays other than Christmas day off.

    Advice to Management

Implement a performance bonus structure for your sales positions, which potentially could cut employee wage costs and increase sales. Pay overtime when sales associates have to stay after hours to do inventory stocking without prior notice.
