its an easy going environment

politics and staff dont care about their job

Advice to Senior Management

treat people with fairness. people get black listed from the company even if they gave two weeks. some people that didnt give their two weeks and just abandoned the job were rehired - not fair.

Pros

-employee discount and benefits. Best in retail that i have seen.
-employee pay was above the norm

Cons

-communication. many managers were not in sync with one another and each manager (4 in total) were giving different messages.
-not enough support from the managers. Training was all done by the employee, on a computer. managers never really trained, just said do this or do that. The environment called for this type of training because the managers never found time to train.

Find time for managers to train staff more frequently
