Pros

Easy to get a job, easy to keep the job. Can get some really good deals if your good friends with the manager.

Cons

Very boring, no point in working hard because you and the guy working hard are at the same spot at the end of the day.

“Good job experience for students or first real job after McDonalds”

Pros

Exposure to all the latest technology. Discounts after 3 months.

Cons

Disorganzied and secretive managment style, extremely poor wages based on experience.

Advice to Senior Management

Executive, area, and district managers need to visit and relate to ALL EMPLOYEES to really get a feel for what store level management is up too and how they recieved by the REAL workers in the store.
