Its a overall good experience, you just need to look past the small problems sometimes and remember that it is a job.

Geek Squad, Agent Senior (CIA Senior ) (Current Employee) Danvers, MA

ProsBest Buy is a good job with a lot of positions that offers anyone to grow, It is also a place that is full of second chances so it is very hard to lose your job.

ConsPeople you work with can be incompetant at times, but thats what you will recieve when you do not work in professional america. If the people that worked at Best Buy were all great they wouldn't be working in Best Buy they would be working at some other higher paying job. Just remember not to sweat the small stuff.

Advice to Senior ManagementI can only speak to experience of this one store that I work for but making sure things are consistent and that the management is well organized.

    The discount is nice...

Computer Specialist (Current Employee) Danvers, MA

ProsEmployees are very friendly. Having fun on the job is imminent. Direct supervisor is the only good supervisor in the store. Discount is amazing, 5% above Best Buy's cost! Non-commission sales is good too, for the most part.

ConsManagement team have mood swings constantly. Management team needs a reboot and start listening to their employees ideas more. Things get implemented but never stay in effect for more than a week. Pay could be better as well for the employees that really bust their asses.

Advice to Senior ManagementStep it up!
