    I worked at Best Buy

    Pros

doing what you love, discounts are cool. Also, you get to see all the new electronics that come out and customers will always give you feedback

    Cons

management. depending on location, long hours, and forced to work freight at night after a long 10 hour day of working and having another job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

family first, its more important than anything...even marking merchandise for another department, because they were busy chatting or playing xbox on display

  2.

Worked at BB while in college and had a flexable scheule. Too much focus on attachments and not customer service.

I worked at Best Buy for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good co-workers, surrounded with and cool products.

    Cons

Low pay, want you to act like a salesperson without commission, and terrible management,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on paying your employee's a fair wage. Hire people who are qualified for management and not just people who have worked at BB for years.
