    ProsHourly - no commission so you can budget you pay, discount for you and immediate family, lots of departments to move between (often due to high turn over), staff tends to be young and fun to work with

    ConsFalse promises for advancement, even when producing at well above all department goals daily, was hired as "full-time" but was kept just short of the hours to avoid providing benefits, unrealistic expectations as to the attainable goals for protection plans & opening financing accounts, staff tends to be young which can present a lot of drama, meetings & "training" were waste of time because management made it feel like we were just going through the motions & not truly participating in the corp. education 7 culture, retail hours - nights - weekends - holidays

    Advice to Senior ManagementHave a little bit of enthusiasm, even if you have worked there for years and are burnt out. Lead by example, take pride & have a good attitude - it is contagious among your employees.
