    Pros

    The people you work there with are great. They're really helpful with training and pay above minimum wage. Flexible Hours

    Cons

    They make you go through a mandatory sales training, if you do fail it. You get a written report on it. There's alot of things changing with management and store wise. Loads of training programs that you have to do at home or at work, depending how busy you are.

    Decent pay, less stressful non commission enviornment,paid holidays if full text, excellent discount,Excellent benefits.

    Cons

    No commission, because of no commission some people aren't dedicated to working hard, some leads and management are thrown into their position without being properly trained, the computer system is horrible. best buy doesn't tell all there employees all the promos

    Out of everything else update the computers, help better train management,and pay attention to people under management.

    need more shift hours. 15-18 hours per week will not fetch much pay to manage our own daily needs.

    Good environment, decent pay, and good benefits. They treat everyone good at best buy and they show appreciation to the employees.

    Low amount of hours and the managers are too excited.
