    Pros

    -Discounts
    -Hours and Chance of overtime
    -Above average on retail pay
-Chance to advance within the company
-Chance to earn up to %30 of your monthly earnings

    Cons

    -Some managers clearly have favorites
-Monthly bonuses are based on department, not personally. So even if you sell $100k a month, and your department falls short because no one else sold a single thing, you still don't bonus.
-Only managers have keys to open locked cages, which sucks because despite the fact that you've been with the company for over X amount of time, they still "don't trust you" to grab an item.

    Advice to Management

    -Let leads use keys
-Read through the e-voices and actually implement some of the complaints that are stated
-If no manager available for a department, ask the person in the department with the most experience to help out with the schedule.

    Pros

Good management, fun atmosphere, excellent training programs and competitive pay.

    Cons

The computers we use are very slow. The resource software does not function well.

    Advice to Management

Take more time to acknowledge the good work that employees do. If management talks to you it's always about what you are falling behind in.

    Pros

Great place to work, great atmosphere, non commission sales, great employee discount. Management is good about helping you move on in the company if desired. And hey, you get to play with cool stuff all day!

    Cons

Very very few cons come to mind. The only thing that really jumps out is the number of short shifts I get and irregular schedule. If that was fixed, I wouldn't be able to imagine a better way to get into sales. I'm going straight from buy to an account executive right out of college. My new employer cared more about my experience than my degree.

    Advice to Management

I really have any advice for management. I have to reach a 20 word minimum here, otherwise I would have nothing to say.
