    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more Full-time staff that will stay around for most of the day rather than being switched from one part-timer to another during busy shift changes, as that will allow them to have more time with customers for a successful sale with less hand overs to the next shift that have to read the paperwork before speaking to the customer to know what they are looking to buy/inquire about?

*** I really liked working with my fellow colleagues as we all brought our own experiences & skills to share to help each other which is what a good job is all about! ***

I worked at Best Buy part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

As a sales associate, much of my experience is going to be very store-specifc; however, here is what I encountered during my time at Best Buy:
    Awesome management
    Lenient time-off
Great rewards ('Path To Excellence', employee discount)
    Team-oriented work environment
    Friendly and fun coworkers
    Great learning experience
Always changing (both a pro and con)
    Always something to do (fast-paced)

    Cons

Always changing (both a pro and con)
    Always something to do (fast-paced)
Demanding (not a great part-time job for a college student)
Stressful every so often (though most if not all jobs are this way from time to time)

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

employee discount, you barely have to put things away and down stock like other retail jobs, there are some pretty amazing managers,

    Cons

Boring after a while, not much unless you are looking to move up in the company, the systems slack sometimes and get pretty annoying after a while, they tend to over staff for the holidays and leave a lot of people without hours after January

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more opportunities for improving sales associates, and spent more time trying to hire the right people instead of hiring people right away
